Club Championship Entries

To enter any of the club championship events, select the event and enter your name in the form opposite.

 

If it is a pairs event, enter your partner's name in the second player box.

​

When you click on the Submit button, your entry will be forwarded to the Match Committee.

​

If it is received before the declared entry closing date, you will be entered into the event.

​

If you wish to enter multiple events, you need to fill out the form once for each event. 

​

Notes

​

The Minor, Handicap singles and 100-up are club events open to all members.

​

The Minor Championship is only open to those who  have never won a championship.
